Returns & Refunds
Like most stores that sell hair - we are unable to accept returns. This is due to the strict hygiene rules and regulations that are put in place to protect the consumer and our staff. So please be careful when you are choosing your color/length because all sales are final.
This is because once you place your order with us here at Belle Me extensions our quality control and fulfillment team immediately start working on getting them ready for shipment.
However, we do accept returns if an item is damaged (if it has been opened / the seal is broken then we are unable to accept returns or exchanges due to hygiene control).
If your item is broken, then you have a 7-day window to return it (from the date it was received) and then our team will make a decision about your refund.
Please return all items with a valid tracking number, as we are not responsible for any lost items.
